Rodica
Hi I have posted this in the reptile section but have had no response, so then I thought maybe this should be in the technical section. Anyway, here goes: I have had a sump built for my new huge (over 240cms) turtle tank, but I am really not sure what media to put in each baffel section. Could someone please suggest what media is suitable for this kind of sump.Taking in consideration that the tank which will be positioned above the sump is to house 3 reeves turtles, plus a couple of small chiclids. Thank you
alanmin4304
A picture of the sump would help people to make suggestions.
Rodica
Hi I can't put a picture up as the sump is still at the tank maker's place of business, it will be delivered on Thursday. From what I can remember it has around 5 compartments that create the baffels. The last one which is rather large, is large enough to grow plants in, hold the heaters and the pump also sits in that section. I am hoping that by Thursday I have a better idea of what is best.
