sibleyamy
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could advise me whether it would be ok to use an aqua one 1200 external filter in a 150l tank. I am planning on having 6 african dwarf frogs, 6 neon tetra, 6 marble hatchet fish, 1 male beta, an albino britslenose pleco and a golden nugget pleco. alanmin4304
Please add your location to your profile. African dwarf frogs are not approved in New Zealand.

Ira
Hi, I live in England, is this site only for New Zealand? Amy New Zealand based, but happy for people from other countries to join in. I'd say a CF1200 is perfect for a 150L tank.
sibleyamy
OK, thanks
alexyay
Sounds like the perfect size to me also I've found my CF1000 too high of a flow for my 120L so I have the flow reduced but other than that it's worked well for me on the tank so far Depending on the species of gold nugget you will likely find that outgrows your tank though, unfortunately. Adrienne
Amy, if you go to user control panel and add your location it will stop forum members assuming you are from NZ. Our biosecurity is very very tight over here
