aussiegreenthumb Posted November 16, 2014 Report Share Posted November 16, 2014 hey guys i just stumbled across this site and forum and wow what a great data base for plants and other fish keeping knowledge i really want to get into the planted tank scene more and learn as much as i can becouse i just got an opportunity to volunteer at my local environmental center and take over the role of maintaining there aussie native tank. i currently have a 8x2x2 planted and really enjoying it but want to go a bit bigger and try a native biotope and maybe incorporate a paladurium design into it anyways looking forward to reading up here and talking to you guys, cheers :beer: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

aussiegreenthumb Posted November 19, 2014 Author Report Share Posted November 19, 2014 thanks guys @ alan i have used western australian jarrah burl and rock maple for the main contrasting colours solomon queen ebony, nz paua shell and rock maple for the inlayed banding and queensland hairy oak for the border, its never to late to get those tools into action mate, what type of reptiles do you keep?
