Only one posibility here as he describes it with both parents being grey fish:

Both have to be heterozygous for albinism and therfore 25% of the fry are albinos. Taking into account that albinos are a bit weaker + get eaten more often by their mother; cut that percentage down a bit in reality. So 7 (25%) albino fry * 4 = 28 (100%) fry in a drop which is feasible. It all adds up and to answer jackypukeko's question: No it is not.
