I have beef heart, now what?????

hi, i have just bought three beef hearts for my discus and was hoping anyone could tell me how to prepare them, i know that i should cut off the fat but how do i mince them, what about the juices, cook???? or uncooked????. cheers

Chop into small pieces, then deep freeze the lot together.

Use a cheese-grater to get the amount you wish to feed.

You could grate a larger amount and then put that into serving size paks.

(medical-tablet bubbles).

I used a food processor to mince up some ox heart. Don't forget to do a water change afterwards also as it fouls your water pretty quick. You can also lace with some garlic as a parasite preventative and freeze it.
