phoenix44
I really want some hammer coral and then I can add the clowns.
phoenix44
At the moment I'm making my water using water from the tap and red sea salt. If I use bottle water from the supermarket, will I see a noticeable difference in the colour and health of the corals? Also -
si_sphinx
Most likely. The corals polyps will open more and generally look happier. You will definitely get less phosphates in your water and less nuisance algae will grow.
Morcs
Aakash for the size of your tank is a minimal expense. Pure dew from countdown is like $7 for a 10L and is RO water. Dont buy spring water Ive seen labels on springwater that state TDS over 200 :tears:
phoenix44
OK, once I exhaust my supplies of my current water I will buy water from the supermarket. I just bought Red Sea colour A, B, C and D from HFF online! I want my fish to live in a nice environment. So far, this is the cheapest tank I have ever set up! :slfg:
Godly3vil
You shouldn't need to use any dosing if your only growing softies dude, the salt mix will have enough nutrients in it for them to be healthy and happy.

phoenix44
I think that's an 60 or 80L tank or something like that. Has a nice profile and bowfront.
