beachy
can submersable pumps be used out of the tank? e.g i think its called dry reached, when a hose is connected to the intake of the pump, or is this not to good for them? ive heard that it makes them not so noisy. Any ideas?
Warren
The only pumps I know of that can run outside the tank are Eheim. There are bound to be others but these are amoung the best. If you look on a computer parts site (especially one for overclockers) you'll often find the same pumps available at lower prices. Eheim is very popular for water cooling PC's... (Although my water cooled PC uses a Grundfos pump).
