alanmin4304
red or black ramshorn snails. When I was breeding seriously I frequently spawned corries in a bear tank then when they hatch I added other middle or top swimming fry. That worked well. si_sphinx
Clear PVC siphon pipe fish :lar: Sorry I have always done the cleaning myself. Young BNs would be best IMO, lost of them if they are smaller than 4-5cm. acclimatize them slowly. They can handle the temps but not for ever. Snails would be another option. dino
BN's I think its too warm for them. I would clean the tanks myself but the GBR fry are so small and all over the place. It looks like snails. Thanks
Godly3vil
I keep BN in my discus tank at temps of around 29c with no problems, they have been in there since I cycled the tank and seem to be fine. I also keep one with my juvie gbrs and he's fine at 27c.
camtang
I have had BN in at 28 no stress. I hate to say it, but they are kinda like guppies and you can abuse them a bit in tanks that they "shouldnt" be in

smidey
what species of fry? for africans i have found it to be a good thing to have food lying around as long as your filtration can cope.
disgustipated
do not use apple snails or mystery snails. i have had a group of 4 of them completely clear out a tank of 40 small to medium size "guppies" in a matter of weeks. so i kept putting the little fish in there and the little fish kept disappearing and the snails quickly grew bigger than snooker balls. but i never did catch them in the act. how they managed to catch fish, is still a mystery to me.
