jamie1942
my angels are laying eggs everywhere except where i want them to i understand this is quite a common habit i have made up pieces of slate and also glass putting them on a 45degree angle to give the fish a good and convenient place to run up but no they then lay on the filter i put mesh around that the tank looks like a war zone then they lay on the tank glass or heater if they would just lay on the slate or glass from where i could transfer the eggs to a small hatching tank then life would be so much easier anyone had this problem and has a solution i would like to hear about it
livingart
make a smaller sized tank with no base, just silicone in a few places to hold it together sit this inside main tank with gap at base to allow water flow put angels inside this
alanmin4304
I used to have 8 pairs of angels breeding at one stage and kept them one pair in a bare 600x300x300 tank and hung a slate right at the top (about 100x100) They always laid on that and I hatched them in seperate small tanks with an airstone.
