blueether Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 How much CO2 (DIY) should I use to try an get my moss to grow better in my small bully tank? There is only a 18w CF for light, the light has been off the tank for about a week but would normally run any thing from 5 to 18*hours (*if I forget to turn it off when I go to work) There is an ongoing issue with cyano I dont mind the hair algae growing on the rocks/back wall but don't want it to continue to smother the moss The tank has always had a bit of BBA, never caused an issue There are 4 or 5 small ~35 - 40mm bullies and a small & medium torrentfish Tank is about 60l with a 250l/h powerhead on the built-in filter (behind back wall) and anothe 400? l/h for flow As you can see the moss (Fissidens berteroi) is looking very sad at the moment :tears: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

blueether Posted March 28, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 Thanks for the comments so far. Have just made a DIY reactor? and the CO2 is starting to go in.
