blueether
They both have been guarding this rock for at least the last hour, often with one or the other on top, often 'shimmering' while on top Video at http://youtu.be/wq-lDPvs8yU when uploaded
Stella
whoa, weird. is one of them gravid? A gravid torrie looks somewhat like a tadpole - nothing but a huge bulge and a tail.

blueether
Just got home from friends and one of them was still there, but has now moved away. I don't know if i disturbed them with the torch or when I feed the bullies :dunno: Anyway I cant see any eggs where they were, will be interesting to see if they go back and carry on doing what they were doing... blueether
I had done a ~30% W/C on Friday evening, so that might have been the trigger for their actions. I'll have to keep feeding them well and do another W/C in a week or so and see what happens
