Li@m Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 Basically you have to take out the bulbs and the plugs that the fit into and replace them with the t5s and rewire the it. Some one correct me if im wrong- You will need to also need to get a different Driver(or is it Ballast) for the unit and wire that in. This means you will need a Soldering Iron. Either A) stick with T8s, unless you really need to change them B) buy a T5 unit. C) get a sparky to do it IMO those are the easiest and safest options for you.
