waterlogged
Hey guys i've been thinking about getting some angel fish for my community tank but was just wondering if they will get along with my 4 dwarf gouramis? the 2 males pick on each other and the females every now and then. if they try this on the angels will they beat the males up? REEVESTA
I keep my 3 angels with two blues with out any problems. The gouramis like to fight with each other instead.

peanuts
I haven't kept angels, but I would be careful as when the angels got bigger - they would be likely to go after the dwarf gouramis. in saying this if the angels are small when you get them they will hopefully see the gouramis as tank mates and not something to hassle. ryanjury
Angels can be nasty but again it does depend on angle you have them on What size tank is this for? Is it for the 1m tank? I would say it is likely to work but would keep a close eye on it as peanuts has suggested, as the angels get bigger they can get aggressive and it wont take much to crack one of those little gouramis. waterlogged
they will move into my 300L when i go back to palmy in feb. might get rid or the gourami don't know, they are getting a little aggressive now. will be getting some type of tetra to bread it up to so they can confuse the angels a little
Jelz
I had them together for months... only got rid of the gourami as they were breeding age and trying to breed (blowing beautiful bubble-nests) only to have the angels pop them!! Haha, Ironically I swapped my trio for angels which I'm now having to rehome as the tank is too small now they're all fully grown and the aggression factor is getting worse. Have had angel eggs but the others ate them
