Carlos & Siran
Siran found this cool site which we've found very helpful when creating biotopes. Many of them aren't on the allowed list so it's just a matter of checking which are and which aren't. Enjoy....http://www.tropica.com/plants/origin.aspx
hovmoller
Yeah that's a good one! Who would have thought one of the largest growers/exporters of aquarium plants is in Denmark!!
alanmin4304
There is some good info if you go to their price list book on the opening page.

malevolentsparkle
though actually most of the drawings are useful too, get an idea of what the plant should look like without all the normal variation to confuse you.
Zev
:tears: &c:ry Who wants to add those photos I've submitted through? :happy1: Might let you have a go at that after the upgrade - heaven help you if you break the site, though
Warren
Might let you have a go at that after the upgrade - heaven help you if you break the site, though  Or I could do it... The new front end of the site could be a we while yet (2-3 months with testing etc). I could add the photo's to the current site in the interum if someone sends them to me... phoenix44
That would be good warren. Zev
Oh no no no no no, don't think you Plant Committee people are going to get off that easy - about time you started making a concerted effort to collect photos and start collating relevant data for the plant pages. You can start by requesting images and info from members by making your own post in this section, then we can look at putting them up. Otherwise your annual report at the AGM is going to look pretty thin, and me chasing you with the pointy stick is going to be the least of your worries :nilly:

Zev
Haven't checked how sharp it is lately, it has been gathering a bit of dust since people have been behaving themselves. Knives, on the other hand I am always interested in...
