Plant IDs needed

Hi Guys,

I'm doing a project for uni but my group hasn't been able to ID a couple of plants. I was wondering if anyone here would know what they are?

and

Top side:

Underside:

And we think that this on is Asplenum flaccidum (hanging spleenwort)

Topside:

Under side:

Any help would be great!

Can't help with the first one but the first of your ferns looks to me to be Shining Spleenwort (Asplenium oblongifolium) and I'd agree with your identification of the second fern.

Thanks for that That first fern was annoying me that I couldn't find the name for it when I've seen it quite a bit, its nice to finally have a name for it.

The first pic appears to be some type of Orchid.

I may be wrong though.

Thats what we've been thinking too.

Here's another pic just incase it helps.

Its living an epiphytic life (but it might not be a true orchid epiphyte)

Unfortunatly I only have this photo (which isn't much different from the first pic)

What about taking the pic down to one of the local plant nurseries and asking staff there and perhaps looking through the books for sale if no one knows and no one on here can help you for sure

I've certainly seen the plant before but as to what its called :roll:

The first pic is the native orchid Earina autumnalis it is an epiphyte but can also be seen growing on the ground.
