BN breeding help.

Have read many different pages and tried my best to do what they say but I am looking for your opinions.

My BN's decided to have babies. About a week ago I noticed the male had let the bunch of eggs out from his guard and they were just lying on the substrate in my tank.

I didn't have a breeder box at this stage, so I propped up my catching net and put the eggs inside it. A day later, the eggs hatched so I put all the newly hatched fry into a large net type breeder box thing and left them until the yolk sac disappeared.

They seem to be sticking to the frame of the breeder net near the waters surface... is this normal?

Also, I was advised by hollywood to feed them some algae wafer, they also sold me a small package of tetra colour granules.

Can anybody advise me any specific feeding plan for these little guys?

They don't seem too interested in cucumber, although I don't think I gave them much time to find it.
