sandysme
I have a little cage at my place if you want him re-homed to an indoor living situation..
Mr McFish
Thanks for the offer. I have got him in a indoor cage in the sun and he seems to be chearing up a bit so may try putting him back in the avairy in a few days. I don't think he would be very well suited inside after being outside for all his life? At the moment he will sit on my shoulder but that could be because he is un well. I don't think he would be very well suited inside after being outside for all his life? When you were (are?) young, you play sport, go hunting and fishing, partys etc When older a quite life is often exactly what you need Unless hes breaking his kneck to go outside, I would allow him to retire
Mr McFish
Yeah good point. What do you think my chaces of taiming him would be?
phoenix44
slim chances of taming him - but he should get used to your presence. but at that age, I think he would prefer the warmth of a house.
Mr McFish
He climbs on to my hand and I let him hop around my room. I wouldn't like to see him living in a cage for the rest of his life though.
sandysme
No worries, the offers there if you change your mind, he might like the indoor lifestyle...lol..
livingart
there may not be much life left so a bit of quality would be nice while he isoff colour keep on handling him he may get used to it , they are intelligent berocca tablets dissolved in water or a bit of marmite in warm water may give him some vit B to perk him up
