Not sure if I would put bettas in it though, especially if you want a good community group. I know a lot of people keep their bettas happily this way but I think they look better in a tank of their own - and a smaller one too. A tank that size would look good with shorter finned shoaling types (tetras, barbs etc) and gouramis or similar. These aren't good to have with bettas as their fins are too tempting. If you get a good female you can get some stunning colours then just have a smaller 20L ish tank (or 2,3,4...) beside the big tank for a male.
