tinytawnykitten
I have bought a light from petplanet (tm user name) over a week ago and I still haven't heard anything, no bank details, etc. Has anyone else bought from these people? They have good feedback, but I thought I'd have the item by now, not be still waiting to hear from them!
fishandchips
Apparently a change of ownership has occured and they are a little behind.
tinytawnykitten
Oh ok, when I phoned the number on Petplanet.co.nz the answer machine says Origin Aquatics. v. confusing.
Afrikan
Pet Planet now belongs to Origin Aquatics, there has been website problems after the change was made... Also Origin Aquatics are shifting premises as of this week... and Bryan is a bit behind due to unforseen circumstances... he had a heap of help organised aswell to help shift and seems rather a few people opted out last minute :-? He is definately a tad behind at the moment but he is a trustworthy guy so no worries there 8)
camnbron
read this link: where are you origin aquatics pet planer website owners I do not have any link to these companies, but I can make these observations from the information provided: Origin Aquatics recently purchased the website petplanet. Origin Aquatics is moving premises - not an easy task when you have heaps of tanks. The companies appear to have a small number of staff, so their resources are being stretched at the moment. tinytawnykitten
That's fair enough although they certainly shouldn't have listings on Trade Me if that is the case. They should be waiting until they are organised.
