Caryl
May we have the full scientific name please for those who like the look of the fish but do not understand what neo trets is short for?
Afrikan
Sorry I at times use short versions, like alot of other fishkeepers do, habit.. Infact I just googled the name Neo tret to see what would pop up and websites popped up about the fish, and abbrev used by other fish keepers overseas on forums, it's just an african keepers slang language me thinks 8) It is Neolamprologus tretocephalus... Gorgeous tangy, slow growing... and very pretty but very highly aggressive.
