Dixon1990
I think you can only have 1 pair of Kaudern's Cardinal as the dominant pair will kill the others, I have read this on a breeding Bangai cardianl site.
Charlie
I have also read that you can keep a group in a big enough tank... and that each pair will make its own territory...
Dixon1990
Well i dont think your Tank would be big enough for 2 pairs along with all the Tangs and Angels you want.
livingart
imo dixons right wouldn't call that tank big enough for 2 pair of bangai's
reef
Your tank is way to small for those fish. Also you will never keep two pair of banggai, unless you have a 2000L tank, as mentioned they will wipe each other out.' Huge canister filter wont do much, A protein skimmer would be of better value for the tank.
Charlie
ok so one pair of the Ks... If i got them at a really small age then that would give me time to upgrade to my6ft tank that I am looking at in the future... Also I thought that protein skimmers where only needed if keeping corals and inverts. That if you where keeping fish only that a good canister filter would do it... like keeping a freshwater tank but a bit harder with more levels to controll. I think that without a skimmer, would have more frequent Waterchanges, which will turn out very expensive anyway if you arent using sea water.
