so funny

i gave my jardinii a shrimp thats so big that its almost 3 times the size of its head.

a big prawn. it takes 15 mins to swallow but finally it does. what a pig.

sorry i just found it funny

most fish would drop the food

it wouldnt relent, kept on trying, then shaking its head untill it was bent and broken and able to be swallowed.

now 14 inches:D the head seems so small compaired to its body

 There is one other species that would give him a run for his money, that being Astronotus ocellatus... they are silly enough to cram whatever size morsel in and force it down.. never mind the fact they may have indigestion later..

My big male died after getting a large apple snail shell stuck in his gut. It must have tasted good at the time, I guess. :(
