I had some that I fed to the smaller cichlids all when well had not problems till my worms died ! :roll:

Yeah I feed them occasionally maybe once or twice a month. If you fed them daily you may run into problems but in moderation should be fine

sweet as coz have a massive culture going and the discus and tetra love them was just curious bout africans

How do you grow, culture white worms?? what size are they?? can anyone spare me some to start a culture off? I'd like to use them to bring fish into breeding condition. i currently feed frozen bloodworm and quality JBL fishfood, but would like to include live food is possibile.

Like I said to you dwalk if you want live food come out you can have for free starters of white worms, microworm's, even green water and daphnia if you want..

I believe in feeding fish a variety of different foods.

that way they don't get too picky and only eat expensive food

I doubt you'll find a fussy african.. And variety is good but can be risky with africans it can only take one wrong food once and they can get bloat, yes it is unlikely but you would hate for it to happen..

hey ryan when you going to send me my white worms ? ineed to get this other thank going soon to get theses fish in them they are growing so fast and i will need to get more fish soon
