Fluffypants
Last night i noticed one of my cardinals had lost its eye and half of its face . I think it might have been the work of my female Siamese fighting fish. After the attack i noticed that the female fighter was still picking on that cardinal and only that one. Should I isolate that cardinal or the female fighter or neither?
Adrienne
You may have to isolate both - the cardinal until the damage heals and the female fighter as well. You could try removing the fighter for a few days or containing her within the tank and when she is released she may behave better.
dimebag
i would just isolate the fighter, i have 3 or 4 out of ten rummynose that have only one eye and they are fine. not sure where the eyes are going mind you
michael.qian
the cardinal will most likely to be fine if no more attacks, one of my neon tetras lost an eye and lived happily.
