imsweet Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 Hi there, the last of my fry which i keep in an outside bath have been turning up dead or dying with what looks like burst bellys. I have 3x oxygenating plants in there, do weekly water changes and 2x weekly syphon cleans (for waste). The only thing different is i recently hatched some brine shrimp to feed them. They start going sideways then have a type of fungus on their gills (while still alive.....just) But those ones have a split by the belly. ??? It started with a couple 2 wks ago but now i'm getting 4-5 a day easy. I had a 70ltr tank set up inside for some newbies to go into so have put the fry in there instead. It has one big plant and a corner filter. I can see a couple with quite distended bellys, am i over feeding them?? they just get a couple of pinches of crushed fry food.
