after nine drops it has turned from blue to yellow which gives me a reading of 161.1 ppm kh

but that all its saids so is this high or low :-? :-?

if it changes blue to yellow after nine drops. Your Kh is 9

I concur, how many drops it takes is your kH, might be reading the calcium instructions.

I use the same kit and yes nine drops = Kh 9.
