feed thew raw meat like ham thats what i use to feed mine on but a piece on the end of a stick or something and put in it front of it and it will eat it off but if it falls off and they dont eat it take it out or it will make that water go all scummy

im pritty woried shes going to die!!

the tank was cycling for about 2weeks and she and the male are the only ones

she has a damaged back tail and shes in a 1ft by 1ft tank at the mo but with be setting up a new cichlid tank this weekend

my jewel is swimming upside down she'll swim noramlly to get food but on her way back down shes upside down!!!! whats wrong is she going to die i put her in a breeding trap because she was getting pushed around by the filter

hey from hunting and fishing they sell little co2 casiters for co2 powered guns would that work making up a system and conecting one of those on but there onlu small bout 7cm long how long would it last???

you could always put a floresent blub insted of ordinary light blubs

i built it with a old door off the kitchen draws i got my dad to cut it up(cos i dont want to cut off my hands) and it was about 6cm's to small so he had to glue a extra piece on i dont have any plans it was just screw a few bits of wood together and the electrical work you can see in the pic its pritty dodgey

i made my own and done all the elecrical work my self and im only 13!! and it looks pritty good heres a pic i used tin foil for a refector and spray painted the blubs blue and it has a 1cm peice thick of perspects
