A few weeks a ago I was given an African cichlid. My neighbor works at a vet that also has pets, and this guy had been in the shop for 8 weeks, and was very territorial. They decided it was time to send him off to that great tank in sky. My neighbor wasn't very happy about that, and knew I had an African cichlids tank, so brought him home for me. The shop had him labeled as an Ice Blue, but said they might have mislabled him and maybe he was an Electric Blue, but they really didn't know. No one I have talked to can figure out what he is, so I thought I would 'put it out there' on the forum, see if anyone has any ideas. So here is the pic of Nero. He is about 3&1/2 inches (9cm), and black with even blacker stripes.

Hi. I am wanting to buy 4 Figure 8 puffers, I am happy to buy them one or two at a time if needed - whatever you have available. I live in Hastings, and I don't drive, so the little guys (gals) would need to be shipped. Thanks.

Hi. Is this little dude still available? I would be very interested in buying him/her. I set up a tank a while ago specifically for Figure 8 puffers, then haven't been able to get any. I live in Hastings and don't drive, so I would need him to be sent over. I am more than happy to pay shipping/petrol costs. Cheers.

Hi everyone. I live in Hastings, and have 3 Tropical aquariums, a turtle tank, and two cats. My tropical tanks are an African Rift tank, a community tank (with Glass catfish, glass bloodfins, black neons, a variety of loaches - I just love those little guys, a pair of golden rams, and a bristlenose catfish), and a puffer tank. The puffer tank has been set up for some time, but sadly is still empty, as I am having a lot of trouble finding any Figure 8 puffers. If anyone has any (or knows of any) for sale, I would really appreciate it. I want 6 for the tank, but am quite happy to get them one at a time if necessary. Thanks.
