My Anemones love it when they get a NSW change.(lots of yummy's in the water they love it)

Hope so it's just that the original pair had the same nose colour

Ashley is the smaller of the pair yes he has grown. Question for Alois why has the Saddleback I got off Trinity got a black nose and the one I got off Jansens a brown nose? They both came from you but are they the same type of Saadleback they get on really well better than the original pair.

No just coraline growing on the glass. I turned the flow from the stream down a bit yesterday will try and get it back up today Pies said Carpets don't like as much flow as BTA

Last night: This morning: Still got a ways to go to settle properly but getting there Pies said it is about the size of a dinner plate once settled. As you can see the clowns love it :lol:

SWAPED MY ANEMONE FOR A CARPET WITH PIES Pick up went good but couldn't find him at the airport scared the shit out of me I should have taken a sign because I didn't know what he looked like. He came up to me in the end and said are you Fay :lol: Got it home at 10.30pm and put the bag in a big plastic jug I have and took out 20ltrs of tank water and put it in a container with tap and dripped water in slowly for one hour. After the hour was up I put the nem in a bucket and changed the water twice with tank water and then carefully put the nem in it special prepared place it is supposed to be a sand nem but I couldn't get it down into the hole I had made because it suck to everything it could it is really sticky. I had turned all the lights on the tank on and waited it was half in the hole and half out after another hour turned the metal halide off and just left the T5's on and lay on the lounge suite to watch fell asleep and woke up about 4.30am in a panic with the lights still on it was still in the same place so I turned the lights off and went back to sleep Frog came out at 6am and it had climbed out of it's hole but is still in the same place and the clowns were in it, bugger I had missed it they didn't go near it when I put it in the tank. The sun is on it as I write but I will need to make a few adjustments this morning as the clowns keep sweeping at the sand I will try and find a rock to cover the sand. Have taken some photos will post them tonight.

hehe We skied when we were young and silly our son who was only a tot out did us all skiing on a single ski (the smallest ski you have ever seen). When frog was learning he got the rope wrapped around his man hood between his legs and got dragged up side down sweeping the lake with his head, I said to him why the hell didn't you just let go :lol: (rope burn) :lol:

:lol: I told someone once that we had run out of water in our water tanks!! We collect ours with a three wheel farm bike with little trailer and two 200ltr black barrels everyone in the Port knows now what we are doing :lol: sometimes we bring visitors back to the house to have a look

So where is it all going to end poor live stock!! We need to increase the market more tanks more tanks :lol: I have noticed there is a lot of people coming into salt water :bounce:

Well I have been reading along this thread and I still support Jansens and Hollywood with the live stock and fish (remember big boy $350) the truth is yes I like to be able to go into a shop and browse for fish and corals :lol: but my tanks are at their limits just waiting on an Anemone I swapped with Pies then I think that’s about all I can fit for now I was going to add a sixline wrasse but my nitrates say I can't But I am dammed if I will spend $1000 it cost me one year to replace the MH bulbs when I can get them a lot cheaper if I couldn't get them in NZ cheaper than $1000 I would source from overseas anyway. And how much would an AP 850 Deltec Skimmer cost in the shops? Get my point :lol: As for cal / mag / etc I buy from Medchem because I need so much if I had a small tank I would still buy from the shop like I do the carbon by the sack but that lasts for about a year. The problem I can see here is that you have another importer of corals that has started up and from what I can gather Jansen and Hollywoods won't buy off him for what ever reason. So he has to sell it some where!! put a deal on the table with him that he doesn't sell live stock private and I am sure the problem for the shop would go away if both stay true to their word. Rotorua is going to start importing in the new year he told me so that will only add to the problems. You can't stay stubborn and then cry when it hurts and that goes for everyone!! I don't think it is fair to blame this site it does a lot of good in helping people. The problem is at your feet to sort out but is that going to happen don't think so but wish it would hate is a bad thing.
