ok ,just checked his website,only crickets. is bio supplies a good brand to get them off. what is the better option white worms or wingless fruitflies. Thanks Matthew

he has been on this website before. he is called nz discus breeder or something. i have traded with him before.good BUT when he was putting the fish in the bag he used his hands to get the fish out of the net. his is nice though.
