could someone write out a list of what they feed there bearded dragons, Staple,occasional,rarely......thanks heaps Maybe blue tongues aswell.....because i have heard over one hundred different things to feed them and i dont know which ones are the best..Thanks once again... Matthew

here is some pictures of my bearded dragon.........He/She is around 1 year old........Spike was a rescue i got him at 6 months old with a few toes missing...........Is Spike stunted he is 22 cm ??? much help appreciated :-)
