what bulbs do i use to get best light for viewing

i was looking at the t5 ho 24" 61cm 2x24wat unsure about bulbs in there that you can make the stand bits bigger and smaller to fit tanks

hi people i need feedback on how i should run new tanks they are EuroView 76. Tank Size:76cm x 36cm x 45cm. Capacity: 124Litres. Black trim, silver corners. ie #1what lights should i use to get best possible effect. #2what filter to get the clearest water i can. #3best heater ie 200w 300w?? i will be putting Africians in one or two of them got good price for x5 of them at animates $299.00 for tank and stand each
