it maybe course by internal parasite such as intestine flaggelates, worms like hexamita, roundworms...etc...i suggest you deworm your whole tank amy...you sick discus may not infect others...but it still remain inside others discus....so it depends on you deworm or no.....cheers

dear amy...white butterfly first generation will be more like cobolt....2nd generation (pure inbreed) will become more clean....

yes....you might get close to white butterfly when you cros butterfly with pigeon......white butterfly originally come out from pigeon blood cros with cobalt......

thanks....albino snakeskin is still new strain....and is very hard to breed......thats why the value can go up to $1600 for a comfird pair and confirm breed...cheers

Well done, and big ups for making such a big investment at a time when the economy isn't looking too hot. Fingers crossed you can get a decent return on it, but I guess there's more to it than that... thanks mate....economy is nothing to me....im just a discus lover and selling some....as a partime.....cheers

Well guys....spend around $24000 to build my new discus hatchery room...!...about 22 tanks in room 1 and 8 breeding tanks in room 2....the room will be ready within 2 weeks time...!

hi....i agree with discus guru (ronie)....just do 75% to 100% water change for at least 5 days...!...and please do not overfeed...feed only 2 to 3 times a day for adoult fish....that will 99% help.....

Dear Dave.. no worry ...just cange 100% water change and add some sea salt...white worm is un-harm to discus....and please do not over feed....this is one of the reason why white worm exis....cheers

hi Amy/dave....hahah...adult discus may feed 3 times per day...baby discus feed 5 to 6 times a day and mid size 3 to 5 times...but be sure is enought to feed...dun over feed...cheers...always remember if you want your fish healty and prefect...please put some time..!>.hahaha
