A.PROPHECY do you know what sort of tropheops it could be? ive been looking but can't seem to find it listed anywhere

maybe it is a female. my male is a bit brighter of a blue than yours but he is still maturing. i like yours better

i thought those takeaguesses were blue. however it changes from a purpley blue to yellow this is how much it changes this is the other unknown

I have two new fish and i need help to identifying them. I haven't seen them before which is why i brought them. first fish is a browny and yellow stripped in a bit of a darker light but kind of looks as if its got a slight blue tinge to it now. and the second has a lot of yellow around his head and a purpley blue on the rest of his body. they both look similar but in certain lights the second fish, his colours become more prominent and the first fish goes yellow and brown similar to a female Pseudotropheus crabro (bumble bee)

electric yellows, blue dolphin,giraffe, Peacocks, maylandi afra, johannii, zebras etc is what will be feed these . . . ? good idea? i think they would eat them but i wouldn't give it to them often. maybe once a week.

its been sitting in hot water for some time now running so i hope it will be ok. i would put it in the sun be i can't find any. If anyone knows where i can find some let me know

i am really fussy so maybe the tiny bit of smell i can smell won't be harmful to any fish...? will it be ok in the tank now or should it be soaked over night? fish won't be going in the tank for a while yet anyways until the water is all good

it only had a sponge in it so still got to get some noodles but the sponge smells too

someone gave me some left over freeze dried river shrimp and freeze dried white shrimp from their turtle setup, is it ok to feed this to Africans or not?

i just brought an eheim filter from someone and it smells of bleach. how can i get rid of the bleach. i currently have it soaking in a bucket of hot water.

can bullies be kept with koura as i have kept them with each other before but koura only lasted a couple of days as they climbed out the air hose line lol and i found them half way through the house half munched on by the dog haha :roll: I'm going to set up a tank with some big bullies,unsure on the type(will take photos and find out when i get them), and i might put in a few koura as well if the are ok with each other...?

yea thats true. :roll: i fly my plane on they gud days aswell. land water and air, does it realy mater. Speed is wat matters HAHA :lol: 8)

haha its ok, my motor is a Zenoah 230pum 25cc. these electric brushless are also designed for air driven models not boats. air is easier to move than water and the motor may well not be able to do the same with a boat prop but I have never tried them so anything could be possible. I'll have to try one out some day and see how they go they sound like they have the potential to make something go very fast :bounce:

that may be true but fish grow quicker and are healthier if they get a decent feed each day.

how many times a day/24hs should cichlids be feed. I'm feeding mine 3-4 times a day or every time they all come to they front of the tank looking for food. I don't think i am over feeding them because they always eat every bit up but they always seem hungry later on. They get flakes and cichlid sticks and occasionally a bit of blood worm which they go crazy 4. do i need to feed them more often or is this too much?

yea its petrol. This boat is far too big for electric setup lol i have a jetboat that i jacked up to run a brushless with 2 lipos for extra power and she flies up creeks, good fun hamiton turns and all

just go to placemakers or somewhere that sells landscaping materials, ie the schist in your picture, and tell them what you need it for and they might just give you some :lol: if you only need a little bit, maybe scraps.
