any one going towatch 20/20 they have the actor that played joey on shortland street apparently he's been copping alot of drama from people out of touch with reality whom seem to think he was actually a killer lol

ive seen golds with white blotches as well yeah a photo my help L.A diagnose the problem if there is one 1: what are water parameters? ammonia,nitrate.nitrite,ph? 2: temperature? 3: how often do you do water changes? 4: tank decorations, substrate,tank mates and tank size?

dang cant find a pic of the other one it looks like a T maybe there eating old daphnia as i clean the bottom and not really the surface they have clicked on thats were the daphnia hang out on the surface so cruse along the surface

no there the normal daphnia i think the stick ones are adults well i change the water every day as there is no filter im as gentle as i can be when adding water but some still get air bubbles some right them selfs but others just can't pass it and die and float on the surface

good point L.A axie babies are as people know tiny but i had an abundance of those stick daphnia so have been using those today i got my a into g and brought a fine mesh net and hey presto they handle the red dot type better there are a few tiny ones still there and its funny and distressing at the same time because they have eaten a whole stick type daphnia and the half the thing is sticking out it butt becuase it the same size as the axie any way's i think that may be why i lost a few babies as they are prone to getting air bubbles why is that? and i lost one because i stupidly put a whole white worm in there the poor thing must of choked it still had the worm in its mouth any suggestions?

yip as the saying goes if it fits in the mouth its food or potential food lol i feed the axies a few baby guppys just to keep numbers down i have 13 at the moment 9 adults and 4 baby's

i havn't got any bristle noses yet saw them at the petstore and forgot to ask all my questions about them saw them cleaning away there very cool well the tank is 60cm long 40cm deep 33cm wide can add hides ect and get some bristle nose formula stuff i notice when shopping also have some driftwood here as well when i go and get them well if there still there

forgot to ask do they require any special attention? decorations? food?

thanks no i was meaning the bristle noses in with guppys? so i take it that will be ok i wont put any fish in with axies as they make to much mess and they will end up as food sooner or later lol and its a no bristle noses and axies sorry this was meant to go in the bristle nose thread to fast and wrong button sorry

well they look very small but i reckon they can co exist as there quite fast looking i saw them at the lfs this am thought i'd ask around and get opinion forgot to ask fish dude about them

okay will they be ok in a cold water tank with my axies? temp ranges from 14.c - 23.c but when it gets to 20.c i usually put the ice bottles in to bring the temp down as the cooler the better for axies so will bristle noses be ok with my axies? need someone to do the housework them axies are bloody lazy lol
