i too had that problem! and still do after 2weeks i also have the spiral val that grows really fast (like an inch a day) and it just breaks and falls apart mid leafish. So a week ago i added a co2 diffuser and another day glow light and they are still dying and i still cant figuer out why! I have a 4ftx1.5ftx1.5ft with 2 day glows and 1 co2 diffuser. in it i have java fern thats donig really well, cabomba doing well, baby tears, brizilian sword both donig well and both the vals are dying. so hmmmm cant figuer out what the problem is

I have coral bits in my filter. Dolomite rock and i use tonic salts aswell, all this keeps my tank at a ph of 9 :lol:

Its deffinatly surinimensis i ordered 2 myself and we get 3 fish lists and there on the list from Aqua scope. EDIT. Mod. Alan.- - - Aquarius NOT Aqa Scope. See following post by Tu Al

They are deffinatly on the "fish list", so just ask your LFS to order them in for you. I have seen them on the list 4 weeks straight now so shouldnt be a problem.

Well...... Mine are doing absolutly fine and look absolutly stunning!!!! they were stuck in there box for 32hours due to the courier going home :evil: and still were fine and settled in very well.. Glad i got some....

Hello everyone, i have heard lots about this site but never really bothered looking, but now i have! :bounce: and "holly shivers me timber"!! You guys have a wealth of knowledge.. Anyway i have a 1600L cichlid, 400L baby cichlid, 200L Planted and a 50L convicts tank. i work on the Aratere interisland ferry and its very Rough at the moment. i like fishing, diving and skiing, but most of all i like to collect cichlids and cichlids and sometimes i look for cichlids.
