  1. make up some sort of warm box type thing, maybe with a spare heat pad or ceramic heat emitter. my big male escaped a couple of times and found him under my heated mealworm breeding rack..
  2. do they reproduce as fast and as much as normal ones?
  3. Here is a pic of a couple of my leo babies, notice the colour difference the brighter yellow one is the younger sibling, from same parents.. obvious which one is called stumpy.. one of its siblings thought its tail looked like a nice wrigley worm..
  4. anyone have a problem with them and what can you do to stop them from infesting a colony?. just noticed one of my colonies is seething with them...
  5. nice set-up! do you use a thermostat? where do you put it?.
  6. where is a good place to get heat tape/cable at a good price?

  11. just a quick couple of questions, does it effect water parameters much like ph? and can it harm some fish species?
  12. so what would be a good way to keep the ph around 6.0 and the water clear?
  13. you know how when u have driftwood in the tank and the water goes brown, using activated carbon removes the colour but will it also reduce the acidity of the water? i ask becuse i want to keep it kinda acidic for my rams.
