It would fully too hard to create natural stream conditions for trout heh, a girl can dream . My old house in Whangarei had a stream in the back yard with trout.. closest I'll get

I reckon a Trout pond would be really coool.. fresh fish on hand... (not that I could bring myself too it) my BF reckons I should get a baracutta in our living room coz they are "mean" looking fish... hahah

I am currently looking after a spiney eel or something for a mate.. hes cool.... i was a bit nervous about doing water changes at first... hes grown so much on me I don't think I'll want to give him back

They have plently of places to hide.. but they seem to always choose the tiny crack between the interal filters and the wall, look likethey are being squashed to death... heh hence the name "clown" I guess. It was quite cute this mornign all three of them were squashed in a tiny sunken boat having a nap it was like a 3 clown pile up. Tye have their odd chases everynow and again but I guess this is normal..... oh and they like ganging up on my RT shark. heh Kellz

Felt sorry for the lone clown in my community tank.. finally got him so buddies 2 smaller than him... I thought these fish were terriotral boy are they ever.... Things are settling down a bit.. should I have removed him for a few days first?.

Animates here in WGTn have largish ones for $30, $20 are tiny as... Might fork out for a 30 buck one with my $10 gift voucher.. hopefully be a bit harder... Its funny with fish stuff aye.. well with me its all or nothing all my fish are fine for years... then many get ill/die.. ah thats nature for you... long as yr doing things right.

Bugga!... I just well Bio supplies said the cheapest they can get me is 5l at 25 dollars somethinfg ekk.... My I asked at another petshop about my lights.. and they said they sound liek turtle lights (they came with teh tank).. and I need a light name with "glow" in it is this correct.. Any lighting bulb suggestions?.... it is a 200l tank currently it has 2X 20W and Degen brand purple and green

Thanks Pegasus.... I was always under the impression that the more water changes I did.. it made it worse... I Have some clowns in there so.. could I do say 10% a day?... Nitrates ammonia and nitrites are fine... pH was stable but since getting this green condition it is changings as its ment to. I have three power filters going in the tank at the moment....' What live food would you suggest that won't pollute my water?.... my LFS guys said blood worms would do this... What would I find in a bucket that I have placed in the garden?.... There appears to be no alage on my gravel... if there was my red tail would gobble it up...... I would like to try some Daphina.. but i am having serious problems locating it in Wellington..

Well I offically can't see the fish coz its so green... My Mum brought some "alagegone" for green water... upon reading this I found : This contains a chemical known to cause cancer in Californa. If you get on hands wash, then seek medical attention... Yesh... I am REALLY keen to use this product..... I've now had green water for about 2-3 months...... ARGH i just want to bin the whole thing.

sounds GREAT I shall look forward to that!..... at the moment hes schooling with my clown loaches.. and sleeps with em, its kinda cute

the filter pads were kinda greenish... could this be the cause.. as with the three new filters ive kept the same ones...

I hope its something simple like that, but I've followed to the instructions... and these things aren't too hard... I;ve purchased a new one so I'll just s it away and hope i can fix it another day

I've had it for over 3 months now since I've had it replaced am I still entitled to it?... I have one running in there now that was half teh price and is 1000000000000000000000000000% better, but 109 $ is a lot of pay for something that doesnt work

I have a fluval 3 plus filter that I purchased a few months ago... well I've had 3 coz none of them have worked properly.. and all I am entiled to is replacements.... They seem to have no suction in the grill bits the crud just floats past it and my water is a mess, my cheap ones do a better job. Am I doing something wrong or does my LFS have a bad batch?. I brought them because they were top of the line, and weren't cheap.. I am hoping I won't have to buy new ones at my expense

Heh, I'm kinda freaked now.. for now on after doing 'fishey' stuff, ill wash my hands throughly.... Just a scare past few weeks of coughing up blood.. first fought Tb hahha turned out to be lung infection

2 other comets, one slightly larger one half the size... no fighting seen no ammonia, nitrites, 7ppm nitrates food is 2 months old.. nutrafin goldfish flakes, stored in a draw in my bedroom.. dry as and cold she is growwing like anything... everytime i see her she looks bigger I'll go to LFS and get aquarium salt next weekend.. as for this TB can humans get it?
