phoned jansens and hollywood today for the eheim 1250 pumps they were $187 at jansens and $189 at hollywood on the internet at eaquanature they were $114 each plus $113 dollars for air (for 2) alot of bother for a little saving so might go to auckland on the weekend got hold of greg to do my tank he wants $500 dollars rod wants $280 hollywood fish farm wants $290 dont know whos the best out of greg or rod??

if i go for the emeims 1048 does 600litres per hour and the 1250 does 1200 litres per hour i will be getting two off theses pumps would i really need 2400 litres moving or just the 1200 litres per hour

the guys where i work are making me a steel frame up, told them its to hold a fish tank so be nice and strong then on top of that is a sheet of 25mm Mfd which with be coated with a sealer ok need some 1260s or 1262s anyone know where to get these new or second hand trademe not got any

if you are unsure leave it to to experts its not just your sealent its the glass thickness too, lots :roll: of water and mess been there done that

so were can i get some loop pumps from like in nz or some good second hand ones form, my new tank will be 1.4 x600x600

ok phoned hollywood today to try and sort out a couple of loop pumps for my new tank. well when i said i wanted 4 holes in the bottom of my tank with bulkheads they said HOLES BOTTOM OF TANK NO NO :oops: just put some power heads or a pump thats going to push the volume of water you want,hmmm so do i do this now or stick with me 4 holes.(hasnt been built yet so still safe)

i have 2 EHEIM Professionel canisters 2028 running my marine tank with no worries been going for 5 years now with 7 fish and 2 clams and some other bits all levels 0 PH 8.2

hi kermit doing a 1400 x 500 x 600 he is going to charge me 515$ with a overflow and holes its all new glass he said no second hand avalable would love to go bigger but the wall that is going on is 1500 long plus its going to be put into the wall

ok sweet he is me looking for all theses flash pumps from yanky land and found some in petcity (hamilton) they do a small range. hollywood do a big range starting from 70$. i have got a spare spa pool pump lol be like a storm in a tea cup lol
