Hi

I was lucky enough to get a few of these amazing little guys off a local breeder and set them up in there own tank and now I'm over the moon to say have babies , just three hatched so far with another 4 or 5 from the same batch of eggs looking promising and a 2nd batch of 6 eggs layed yesterday , I've never had cory's before but now totally understand the people who do and love them so much !! such cute little guys , i just had to share the good news :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

So how many hours did you actually have them before they bred??!!

Well done (again!)!!

a couple of days before i had eggs :P:P i just did a lot of reading gave them just what the books said they liked and feed them good quality food, followed by water changed with water 2-3 degrees cooler than there tank water. :D Bingo !

OK Paul, :D:D

Tell me, have u ever heard for Green Fingers, as in what so called Gardners have???

Well Hun, I think you have obviously got FISH FINGERS LOL :wink::wink:

Is there any Fishys that you CANT breed?????

Keep up the great work Paul :hail::hail::hail:

lol @ fish fingers, bit of an ambiguous phrase that one.

Billaney that was an extremely quick and lucky breeding of them. Share some more of what you did, BB tank? Did you add peat? Did you just do one water change? I found babies once after doing a one bucket water change every day for a week. I never saw the eggs though so most probably fell prey to other tetras. Did they lay on the glass? Cheers mate

what size were those pandas when they bred.I have about 8 differing types of cory's and was wondering at what size they will begin breeding.

Mine are between 3-4.5cm all up length.
