just wanting to check how many litres 6 silver dollars will need? im moving my fish around and trying to work out where they are all going to go!

Personally, I wouldn't be putting them in a Tank any Smaller than 250-300 Ltrs, they are a very fast moving Fish, this would depend on the size of the Fish aswell of course.

I used to have 6 Silver Dollars together, unfortunately my plants didn't last long I was amazed at how they should strip a Tank full of Plants overnight.

Dollars get BIG. and although 8'' isnt huge, when its 8'' high as well as 8'' long, its a big fish!

they are cool as though, Id love it if they stayed around the 3'' mark.

I saw some in the weekend, about the size of my palm I reckon... maybe a bit bigger. Very cool fish though. So yeah.. big tank required.

My biggest girl was about the size of a bread and butter plate when I sold them. I had a big school of about 14, looked awesome too! Very eyecatching and friendly. I wanted to have a big school because its something you don't see often but I had them in my 7ftx2ftx2ft tank.
