Was looking for Punga logs very cheap or free does anyone have them or do you know where abouts to get them from (legally!)

getting rid of quite a few fish to try someting completely new

Ugh, I hate punga logs. Most horrible things ever, all they do well is grow weeds and breed spiders.

Try mitre10 or the like - they are about $10 each.

yea dont paticularly like them myself just wanted to try a few things out. might give mitre10 a go see what they got there.

That would depend on what forest you're talking about, and how many you intend to take. A friendly land-owner might be happy to have you walk in and take a few. On DOC land you're not meant to take anything without a permit. (I'm quite sympathetic to that because if everyone took a couple of logs there would soon be none left!)
