alanmin4304
If you seperate males and females and condition them up it becomes more obvious and you also get more eggs when you breed them.
Rozski
I know they aren't pearls, but my zebra danios I can tell apart. My male is always slim, while my females get quite fat bellies with eggs. Don't know if pearls have something similar, but male zebras have a more goldy background (ie behind the stripes) colour while the females are more silver. I have 2 females and a male and the male will pair off with a female and they will 'dance' in a circle. You'll know you have different sexes when you start getting bazillions of fry too
