sharn
hello all, just bought my trusty hammer lock stand today for my discus tank, i made it so it was only the half height one (90cm). i want to coat the MDF piece that is going to go under my tank with something to stop it swelling, what would i use for that? also how many people have used the ones with the 350kg shelves? my tank is 216L and going to be bare bottom but will work out around 270kg i think after everythings in place, if this tank ends up on the floor i will not be impressed. i got myself, my sister and mother to sit/stand on the top part and it can hold our combined weight of 205kg approx. Tiden
If you are able to go to a local paint shop ask them if they have any oil based paints that are mistints that way it would be cheaper and you might find a colour you want to. Or see what bunnings has to offer
