Ktttk
hi guys, just wondering where I can get these items if I am planning to ship or transport some fish?
Caryl
Make your own heat pad filling 2L lpastic fizz bottle with hot water and wrap in newspaper or towel. Otherwise, sports and camping shops have them too. Someone here was selling them on trademe at one time I think. Poly boxes - supermarkets, fruit and vege shops, surgeries, vets, labs, (my garage  )
Wok
If you are looking for new Poly box then try: Plastic Box, located all over auckland Barnes Plastics, Church St, Penrose
Ktttk
ah ok thanks caryl.. the 2L bottle of hot water is a good idea, but a bit bulky for delivery. I remember that at the snowboarding shop, they sell those hand warmers where u giv it a rub to release the heat. Might give those a go. And thanx Wok, I'll give those places a call. Cheers guys. suphew
All the fish your LFS has will have arrived in poly boxes, they are normally pleased to be able to get rid of a few.
Ktttk
Good idea suphew but the boxes they have are very big - too big for what I am looking for which is about 5L in vol. I found what I was looking for at Barnes plastics - thanx for the replies guys.
