hi i went to clean my mates today to clean his fish tank i vacumed the stones into a bucket as i went to empty the bucket i see these little white stringy warms swiming round how do u get them in a tank an wots the best way to get rid of them please help

If they were in the gravel they are probably planaria worms. They are harmless but unsightly in plague proportions. A result of over-feeding.

Think of them as free food and fast the tank for a couple days at a time. You will soon see the fish in the tank hunting and eating them as they poke their 'heads' out of the gravel.
