Cigar
Hi to all who read this, I've recently purchased my first fishtank included with 10 goldfish inside, and am enjoying learning some of the many things there are to know about keeping goldfish. I hope to learn from many of you who have kept goldfish some hints, tips and maybe even some secrets on how to keep mine and the goldfish' experience the best possible. Bye for now Craig

Caryl
Welcome cigar. Depending on size, I would say you are well overstocked already - or will be as they grow. Goldfish produce a lot of waste.

Caper
Hi & welcome! I have a 29 gallon (110L) community tank and can't even imagine 10 goldfish in there, whew! I have 3 goldfish in a 10 gallon tank...and I believe it is too small. They are doing well...but as Caryl said they produce a lot of waste so have to keep up with the water changes and cleaning filter. I hope someday to have a 29 gallon just for these three and of course their tank mates Oscar & Felix (ottos). Take care & have fun here...this is a great site!
