I have removed shub into smaller tank with guppies.. hope he doesnt die.
Snowman
My pick would be the red tailed shark, i got rid of mine as it chased all the other fish, its possibly the gourami but i dont have any of them so see what others think. I wouldnt have another red tailed shark unless it was in with aggressive chiclids.
scoobyjene
ok.. i was just thinking if he was the culprit?? the shark.. the gourami has lived happily with the goldfish prior to getting the shark. maybe i need to get rid of the shark? the gourami is actually grand dads and we have it now. Jo1
It is the red tail sharks nature to chase fish, but they don't usually hurt them. In my opinion you should have the goldfish in a separate tank, they prefer cold water anway.
scoobyjene
the shub isnt looking very good this morning.. I have purchased another tank but am waiting for the person to courier it.. a jebo 338.. funny how they demanded payment day in day out and are slow sending.. . The rest of the shubs are happy as sand boys in the warm water..
Caryl
I agree with the rest - the shark is the culprit. I also think the goldfish should be in a separate tank and not mixed with the tropicals.
herefishiefishie
Maybe the shubunkins, comets have been known to attack Fantails. My first thought was the shark. Frenchy
