karey
My guppy had about 30 babies and went through a bit of a rough spot. Her shape has changed so she looks like she has a hump on her back just forward of the top fin and her tail droops at about 45 degrees from there. She is using it, but not swishing it as the others do. She is eating well and seems OK in every other way except for looking nasty and resting frequently. Is there anything I can do for her? PENEJANE
I have a male that sounds very similar to that. Hes always swimming about and eating with the others but is often found resting at the top of the tank. I thought it was because his tail might be to heavy for him but thats just how it looks. I don't know if there is any health issues invovled with this but hope that nothing is seriously wrong with them.
Wok
I have had a few guppies that were like that. It seems to be a birth defect.... they are now with the chiropractor in the big sky.
