dogmatix
Well im back, sure do miss my 600 litre system, Wife has said i can save for a red sea S 500 But till that day comes .... I will be adding a fluval cp1 for flow (20X) should do it i wanted the cp2 but was worried about the sand bed... Not happy with the rocks but ill get there. Ive been using the DuplaMarine bacteria from Living reef and wow that stuff is great, the vials are stamped with prodibio which i used and loved on my old tank so that was a bonus. For lighting im thinking the larger one of these two lamps And the skimmer is something ill have to work on. Tank will be mainly softies, with a few select lps and sps

Morcs
Looking good, check out the CoralBox M1, i just got one, seems like a great unit for the price, think it was around $300 and fits the aquanano nicely

dogmatix
Hmm its actually hard to tell with no livestock in there LOL, it may be enough. I guess im just use to bigger versions on my old reef and not the nano equivilant.
Wellydave
dont bother with a skimmer these tanks are small enough you can get away with just doing water changes.
dogmatix
Im looking into a skimmer as i will run this as a ULNS, and a skimmer is essential to remove the excess bacteria as it dies off.

Just fitted a bmqq. Simple mods made it fit. Check out my thread
dogmatix
After alot of research it looks like I too will be joining the coral box M1 club, I wanted the micmol aqua pro but the cost difference is too great. The m1 seems to be great value for money. Im going to hold off on a skimmer and just do 20 litre water changes each week till i find the right one The new Tunze looks promising.
